Unlike more formal spiritual programs, Waking Down offers a number of different portals where people can enter into involvement with this path. We understand that every person is unique, and it is that very uniqueness that we are most wanting to support and celebrate because your awakening will itself be totally unique.

This website offers a wealth of information for those of you who like to read. There are many essays about the various aspects of this work, and there are also many personal or poetic entries, both in the Essays section and also on individual teacher's and mentor's pages. We recommend you read the essays in the "Overview" section first, to get a better understanding of what this path is about.

If you prefer to listen rather than read, then check out our audio selections (more coming soon).

If you'd rather talk to a live person, you can just directly contact any teacher or mentor who draws your attention and ask for a get-acquainted session. If you are fortunate enough to live in (or be traveling to) an area where a teacher lives, they will very likely be offering sittings that you can attend-just drop them an email and ask if they have any prerequisites.

You may notice as you explore what we have to offer that there are a variety of viewpoints expressed by the various teachers. This is something that we have encouraged as this work evolved from the time when the core principles were first set down by its founder Saniel Bonder. This work has evolved as the members of this community have evolved, refined their expertise at helping people awaken, and found their own authentic voices. Although there are many voices, there is a singular heart, or core to this work, that is shared by all. This will become more apparent to you if you hang out with us a while.

We are very pleased to now be able to offer you a brief introductory course to help you get off to a good start.
